Future growth in North University City

Projects in blue are included in the adopted University Community Plan and have been accounted for in the DEIR's traffic study. Projects in yellow have filed for, or intend to file for, an amendment to allow increased development beyond what is allowed in the plan. Expanding capacity on our roadways can serve to legitimize further overdevelopment.
