Rose Canyon Park (please visit Friends of Rose Canyon)

Rose Canyon Open Space Park stretches for four miles, forming a natural boundary between North and South University City. It is narrow (about 1/4 mile wide), but nevertheless contains good natural habitat which is home to a surprisingly large number of species of plants and animals.
