Traffic flow on Genesee Avenue

This table shows the hourly volumes in each direction along Genesee Avenue at two locations in South University City. During both morning and afternoon peak, the majority direction (NB during AM, SB during PM) accounts for over 70% of the total volume on Genesee Avenue. The split is a spectacular 3:1 during PM peak - so great as to justify consideration of a reversible lane.
