DEIR Projections : Intersections

The table below summarizes projected intersection delay times in year 2030 under each of the six major alternatives studied in the DEIR. Data are from the Traffic Impact Analysis appendix of the DEIR. We have assigned half-levels of service here to help provide a more nuanced understanding of the results.
