DEIR Projections : Road Segments

The table below summarizes projected traffic volumes in year 2030 under each of the six major alternatives studied in the DEIR. Data are from the Traffic Impact Analysis appendix to the DEIR. We have assigned half-levels of service here to help provide a more nuanced understanding of the results. (See the segment LOS table for the basic grading scheme.)
