Traffic : 2030 revenue constrained highway network

SANDAG's 2030 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) contains various scenarios for freeway improvements. Within the most conservative funding scheme (the Revenue Constrained scenario), improvements are planned in the Golden Triangle area for Interstate 805 (addition of four managed/HOV lanes) and State Highway 52 (addition of two HOV lanes). Note that no improvements are planned in the area for Interstate 5 south of the merge. Nor are any improvements planned for SR-52 between Interstates 5 and 805.
